ORDERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

Due to fluctuating border control and regulations we have temporarily suspended orders outside of North America. 


TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed and processed by our team. It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive these details.

Canada Post may preemptively mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before delivery. Please allow one (1) business day after receiving this notification before contacting our team.

RETURNS

At withinUs, our goal is to provide premium quality products that exceed expectations. As such, we offer a 30-day guarantee for all products. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Fill out form below. 

FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Please email us at team@withinus.ca with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will then send you a return shipping label via email. Upon receiving the returned product, we'll initiate a refund in the original form of payment.

FOR OPENED OR SAMPLED PRODUCTS

Reach out to team@withinus.ca with your order number, product name, and the reason for your return. We will provide you a return shipping label via email. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will send an e-gift card in-kind to be redeemed at withinUs.com within 7-10 business days upon acceptance of your return.

SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS

You have the flexibility to modify your subscription preferences at any time, including updating your delivery frequency, changing product selections, or adjusting shipment dates. However, once a subscription purchase is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please make any desired modifications to your subscription settings before the next billing cycle to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. If you have purchased a withinUs Natural Health product from a retailer partner, kindly refer to their return policy.

In the event of challenges returning to the original retailer, our dedicated Customer Service Team is here to assist. Email team@withinus.ca with your proof of purchase and reason for return.
